How we work

A senior partner scopes the content brief with the L&D sponsor and agrees the standard — what the cohort must be able to do at completion, against what level of existing experience. We then write the content as practitioners — case studies grounded in real operating decisions, facilitation guides that anticipate the discussion, evaluation frameworks tied to outcomes.

Typical engagement

Content development runs six to sixteen weeks depending on programme scope. On our side, a senior partner is the named author, with one supporting writer. On the client side, the L&D head or programme director is the principal counterpart, with subject sponsors involved at review points.
