Our team brings together corporate-finance backgrounds across Tallinn and London. We are an advisor to the business — not a placement agent, not a regulated investment adviser. The remit is clear: help leadership teams understand their numbers, structure their next move, and stand in front of capital with a defensible plan.
How we work
Engagements typically start with a short diagnostic — a structured read of the numbers, the operating model and the strategic intent — before we recommend a workstream. We tend to embed senior advisors directly with the management team rather than handing off to junior staff, and we work in the language of your operating reality (English, Turkish or Estonian).
For Estonian and EU-based clients, we also support project finance preparation, model build-out and lender or co-investor introductions on a relationship basis.
